Click BankIt tab. » Click New Entries. » If this is an existing customer enter the customer's name and click Search. » Click the customer's name from the list. » If this is a new unit sale click Create Fresh Appointment.

Select the Reminder Type and Category. » Confirm the customer's information. » Enter the vehicle information and notes. » Select the Reminder category. » Select the date for the reminder . Hint: you might want to establish a dedicated 'call day' during the week. » Save.

The only difference here is to select New Customer. » The information screen will pop up. » Enter the customer's information and follow the previous steps.
